[Literary autographs] Set of 16 signed autographs from writers and poets:
- Henri BOSCO (1888-1976), novelist.
Autograph letter signed and addressed from the Château de Lourmarin (Vaucluse) to a colleague "in September".
"I take the liberty of pointing out to you...a young scholar by the name of Louis Bayle, who showed me some interesting things... Think also of Jean Orieux (the author of Fontagre, published by Fontaine), and François Boujeau, a great advisor to Islam". One page in-8, in green ink.
- Théophile GAUTIER fils (1836-1904), man of letters.
Autograph letter signed, on the letterhead of Le Figaro Illustré, dated August 23, 1892, addressed to the man of letters Abraham Dreyfus, concerning an untraceable manuscript.
"René Martin told me about a manuscript you gave to the Figaro Illustré. I can find no trace of it anywhere, either in my notebooks, which I keep regularly, or in my memory. If I'd had anything from you, I certainly wouldn't have buried it in my boxes, because it would have been an event in my life. One page in-8, in brown ink, small ink smudges.
Also: Henry BORDEAUX (10 pieces), Maurice BOUCHOR (3 autograph letters signed concerning his "Illustrations musicales") and André SAVIGNON.
