Jacques CHARDONNE. - Lot 364
Jacques CHARDONNE.
Le Ciel de Nieflheim.
Chez l'auteur, 1943, in-12 paperback, softcover. Uncut copy.
First edition printed in small numbers at the author's expense and never put on sale, and of which no large papers were printed.
This is a set of printed proofs (dry stamp on upper cover), with muted covers, which the author distributed to his close friends.
A very rare pro-German novel by Jacques Chardonne, which was never published during the author's lifetime and exists only as a proof copy.
