BREITLING from 1969-1970 Navitimer Chrono-Matic GMT Cosmonaute Chronograph ref: 1809. Cutaway steel case, black anodized steel notched bidirectional bezel (with slight missing) and screw-down caseback (signed and numbered, patent no. DDE.BR 11525/67). Black dial with integrated slide rule and silvered bezel on flange graduated over 60. Function: the hour hand covers 24 hours in a single turn of the dial. Two silvered counters (minutes at 3 o'clock and hours at 9 o'clock) and date window at 6 o'clock. Orange spatula hands and large second hand, tritium Arabic numerals (repainted). Three bracelets. Movement: Mechanical self-winding Buren Calibre 14 GMT. (chronograph zero to be revised). Diameter: 48 mm. Condition: fine Breitling travel case, Navitimer Cosmonaute booklet and certificate of origin.
