Onion-shaped pocket watch in 18-karat (750 parts per thousand) rose and white gold; the bezel is in silver (800 parts per thousand) set with hematite. The case is decorated with openwork foliage set with hematite stones (some missing). The white enamel dial (chipped) features painted Roman numerals. The ornate hands are set with hematite stones.
Mechanical movement with a rod-winding mechanism (does not function).
